Optional Overnight House Add‑On
Optional Overnight House Add-On for Outdoor Weddings
Enhance your outdoor wedding experience by adding the private Blue Jay House for the night — accommodating up to 10 guests. Transform your special day into an overnight romantic retreat with ample space for getting ready, hosting an after-party, and enjoying a relaxed next-day brunch.
Rate: available as an add-on starting at $650/night (seasonal; exact rate depends on date and guest count). Includes linens, basic kitchen use, and checkout cleaning fee. Additional rules and security deposit apply.

How to Reserve your Event
To reserve your event date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total venue fee is required. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your event date.
For the safety and protection of all guests and the venue, all weddings are required to carry general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. The policy must list The Blue Jay Reserve as an Additional Insured.
