• Set up & tear down of chairs and tables

• Ceremony setup: simple wooden arch, aisle markers, folding chairs for up to 30. 

Optional Overnight House Add-On for Outdoor Weddings

Enhance your outdoor wedding experience by adding the private Blue Jay House for the night — accommodating up to 10 guests. Transform your special day into an overnight romantic retreat with ample space for getting ready, hosting an after-party, and enjoying a relaxed next-day brunch. 

Rate: available as an add-on starting at $450/night (seasonal; exact rate depends on date and guest count). Includes linens, basic kitchen use, and checkout cleaning fee. Additional rules and security deposit apply.

For outdoor weddings at our beautiful wedding venue, the pricing for 2026 is as follows: Mon- Thurs. - $3800 and Fri- Sunday- $3,800. In 2027, the rates increase to Mon- Thurs- $3800 and Fri- Sunday- $3,800
