Yes, indoor tables and chairs are included as part of your venue rental.
Vendors
We welcome any licensed and insured vendors to be part of your special day. As part of our alcohol policy, in addition to the bartender fee, we require event liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. This insurance can be purchased through providers such as wedsafe.com for approximately $175, or you may choose to use your own insurance provider. Our wedding package includes these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Alcohol
The Blue Jay Reserve has an alcohol policy that allows alcohol to be served, which must be provided by the bride and groom. Additionally, it's important to consider event liability insurance as part of your wedding package.
Booking requirements
Once you decide that The Blue Jay Reserve is the perfect fit for your wedding package, $1,000.00 deposit is required to hold your date. Please remember that the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date, and you will need to adhere to our alcohol policy and provide event liability insurance.
