Price: $2,800.00 for a charming couples retreat at our intimate wedding venue, accommodating up to 10 people or less.

•  This package includes an on-site coordinator who will assist with pre-event planning calls and day-of coordination. 
• Enjoy 4 hours of exclusive space rental for your ceremony, portraits, and a small celebration.
•  We provide marriage license guidance, along with a choice of officiant or assistance in coordinating your officiant. 
• The ceremony setup features a simple wooden arch, aisle markers, and folding chairs for up to 10 guests. 
• Capture your special moments with a photographer for 1 hour.
• Celebrate with a small celebration cake or a dozen gourmet cupcakes. 
• To toast to your love, we include one chilled 750ml bottle of champagne for the couple.

Optional Overnight House Add‑On for a Couples Retreat.

Enhance your wedding venue experience by adding the private Blue Jay House for the night — it accommodates up to 10 guests. Transform your day into an overnight romantic retreat with ample space for getting ready, hosting an after-party, and enjoying a relaxed next-day brunch. 

Rate: available as an add‑on starting at $450/night (seasonal; exact rate depends on date and guest count). Includes linens, basic kitchen use, and checkout cleaning fee. Additional rules and security deposit apply. 

How it fits: Reserve the house the night before or the night of your elopement to extend your celebration and simplify logistics for your guests.
